Products and pricing

All products at tackla.eu include consumer tax VAT 24% when ordered inside the EU area. Each product price in the webshop includes this tax, i.e. no taxes are added to total order price. Orders outside of the EU area do not have consumer tax, you will see tax free prices at the checkout, once you select your outside of the EU country. See tax-free pick-up option at the bottom of this page.

Exchange and return

Online store obeys consumer protection law 6th chapter stating distant sales such as internet sales. All products have 14 day exchange and return option excluding custom embroidered products except for damaged items. 14 days starts from getting the parcel. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Tackla Pro Oy notifies possible delivery delays and out-of-stock products in the webshop.

When returning a package, include a written note or use the package document to report the defects in the product or other reason for your return.

Delivery and returns in the EU

Parcels inside the EU area are delivered via GLS services. For a return or exchange, please contact us for a package pick-up.

Normal return and exchange, i.e. customer wants to return partial or whole order or wants to exchange

Customer is responsible for exchange and return shipping fees in the EU area. The seller will refund the returned products to the customer. In case customer wants to return the whole order for any reasons, GLS return delivery fee is paid by the seller and it will be deducted from the customer’s refund. In case of an exchange, we invoice returning and resending postal fees from the customer.

Defect in the product, wrong product or other seller’s fault

Whole or partial order refund:
The seller will refund the return fee to the customer in exchange of a delivery postal fee receipt. The seller will refund the defect or wrong products to the customer. For the whole order return, also initial shipping costs are refunded to the customer.

Exchange:
The seller will refund the return fee to the customer in exchange of a delivery postal fee receipt. Replacement will be sent at seller’s expense.

Delivery and returns outside of the EU area

For orders outside of the EU, export clearance is included in your basic delivery fee. When ordering outside of the EU area, customer is responsible for all possible customs fees and duties at the destination country.

Parcels outside of the EU area are delivered using either GLS or Posti EMS depending on your country. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees plus possible Finland customs fees. The seller will refund the returned products to the customer. No shipping fees are refunded.

Optional service, only to limited countries at the checkout: GLS Customs Clearance Fee

Please select GLS delivery type GLS INCO40 (Customs Clearance Included), if you wish GLS processes your package’s customs clearance at the destination country. Customer is still responsible for all possible taxes and customs duties at the destination country.

Credit Card / Visa Electron

If you wish to pay by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express or any other approved cards, Tackla Pro Oy operates solely as the marketer of products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. Reclamations are processed by Paytrail Oyj. In card payment options Paytrail Plc acts as seller of the product and the purchase is between the client and Paytrail Plc. Online Banking

E-Payment and financial services are provided with Paytrail Plc in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. For the customer the service functions like a conventional online bank payment.

PayPal

With PayPal payments Tackla Pro is the marketer, seller and provider of the products. Delivery and transport The product in stock will be sent within 2-4 business days from order. Custom-made products delivery such as baseball judges suits depending on your location varies from 2-4 weeks. Tackla Pro Oy shall bear the cost if the products are damaged or lost during transportation. Tackla Pro Oy is responsible if the product is lost or damaged in the refund or exchange process.

Tax-free shopping

Tax-free purchase always includes the consumer tax (VAT) for purchases in the webshop. If the customer is entitled and wants a tax-free purchase, customer must use Finnish address in the order and choose delivery option Pick up Tackla Center Helsinki or Pick up Tackla Center Lappeenranta. Purchase must be paid by the options available at the webshop and must be minimum of 40 euros for tax-free eligibility. When the order is ready, the customer is notified to pick up the goods from the chosen Tackla Center. Customer gets a receipt for tax refund as ruled by the Finnish Tax Administration. Tax-free package is sealed and cannot be opened before leaving the EU area. Customer is refunded based on the customs stamped receipt.
